Returns, Exchanges & Custom Order Policies

Returns & Exchanges

Custom orders, special orders, and closeout items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to the custom and made-to-order processes involved.

Any problems or concerns with custom-made products must be reported within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. Our workmanship is guaranteed for fourteen (14) business days following delivery of your custom-made product. Please contact us through our Contact Us page with any concerns.

If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a non-custom product (one not made to your specific dimensions and fabric selections), you may return unused, resalable products for a refund, exchange, or store credit, provided we are notified and receive the item within fourteen (14) days of the original delivery date.

Order shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be reported within two (2) business days of receipt. All returns, exchanges, refunds, and credits are subject to final approval by Sensible Home Decor LLC.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

All cushion covers, pillow covers, and related products sold by Sensible Home Decor LLC are custom-made to customer specifications and dimensions.

Customers may request an order cancellation within one (1) business day of placing the order. After one (1) business day, all sales are final and orders cannot be canceled, modified, refunded, or exchanged.

Because all cushion covers, pillow covers, and related products are custom-made to customer specifications, Sensible Home Decor LLC begins investing administrative time, measurement review, production planning, material sourcing, scheduling, and other resources immediately after an order is placed.

Changes in furniture, RVs, boats, vehicles, property ownership, project plans, personal circumstances, or customer preferences do not qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or exchange.

Customer Measurements, Templates & Custom Order Information

Orders requiring templates, traced patterns, photos, measurements, or other customer-provided information may be delayed until the required information is received.

Customers have ninety (90) days to provide any requested information. If the required information is not received within ninety (90) days, Sensible Home Decor LLC reserves the right to issue store credit or cancel, if any, at our sole discretion.

Any store credit issued under this policy will be valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance, is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be redeemed after the expiration date.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all measurements, templates, photos, shape selections, and specifications are submitted accurately and within the required timeframe. Sensible Home Decor LLC is not responsible for fit issues resulting from missing, incomplete, inaccurate, or unsubmitted templates, measurements, photos, shape selections, or other customer-provided information.

While we may contact customers if submitted measurements or specifications appear inconsistent or unclear, we cannot guarantee that all errors or discrepancies will be identified prior to production. If you have any questions regarding measurement instructions, diagram selection, shape selection, measurement placement, or product specifications, please contact us before placing your order.

Material Availability & Backorders

Estimated turnaround times are based on normal material availability and production schedules. All turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

While Sensible Home Decor LLC makes every effort to maintain accurate lead times, delays may occur due to fabric backorders, manufacturer delays, discontinued materials, shipping carrier delays, supply chain disruptions, weather events, holidays, high seasonal order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a selected material becomes unavailable, discontinued, or subject to an extended backorder, we will contact the customer to discuss available options. These options may include waiting for the material to become available, selecting an alternative material, or receiving store credit at the sole discretion of Sensible Home Decor LLC.

Fabric backorders, manufacturer delays, material availability issues, and production delays caused by circumstances beyond our control do not qualify an order for cancellation, refund, chargeback, or exchange.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any shipping damage must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

Photos of both the damaged item and the original packaging are required in order to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Please retain all original packaging materials until the claim has been resolved.

After a claim is submitted to the shipping carrier, we will arrange for inspection, return, replacement, or other resolution as appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for verifying shipping addresses before placing an order.

Any fees incurred due to incorrect addresses, package rerouting, returned shipments, delayed deliveries, or lost merchandise resulting from inaccurate shipping information are the responsibility of the customer.

Refused Shipments

If an order is refused, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges, carrier fees, storage fees, or reshipment fees incurred as a result of a refused package.

Refusing delivery does not constitute a cancellation or return of a custom-made product.

The refused package shall remain in the possession of Sensible Home Decor LLC until payment is received for reshipment. If payment is not received within thirty (30) days of the first failed delivery attempt, the item may be considered forfeited.

Custom Orders & Closeout Items

Customized, personalized, made-to-order, and custom-sized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Closeout items are first-quality products that are no longer manufactured, stocked, or carried by Sensible Home Decor LLC. Closeout and sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.

Sensible Home Decor LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer alternatives to address concerns regarding custom-made products.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside the continental United States are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, tariffs, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Refusal to pay such fees does not qualify an order for refund, cancellation, or return.

Product Returns (Non-Custom Products)

Customers are responsible for returning products in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Credit will be issued for the product purchase price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Credit will be issued once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected by Sensible Home Decor LLC.

Claims will not be honored for products that are improperly packaged or damaged during return shipment due to inadequate packaging.

Rework Requests

Sensible Home Decor LLC reserves the right to accept or reject rework requests at its sole discretion.

Return and Exchanges - Orders Prior to 6/26/2026
Custom orders, Special orders, and Close Out orders are NON RETURNABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED once placed due to the custom and made to order processes involved.

Any problems or concerns with custom made products must be reported within 7 business days of receipt. Our workmanship is guaranteed within 7 days of receipt of your custom made product. Please contact us via our contact us page with your concerns.

If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a non-custom product (one not made to your specific dimensions and fabric choice), you may return UNUSED, RESALABLE, products to us for a refund, exchange, or company credit, provided you notify us and we receive the item back in our warehouse within 14 days of the original date of delivery.

Order shortages, damages or discrepancies must be claimed within two (2) business days of receipt of order. All returns and refunds are subject to final approval from Sensible Home Décor LLC’s Customer Service Department.

If an order is refused, shipping charges are non refundable. If a customer refuses a package, they will
be charged for any charges we incur in having the packages returned to us. If a customer refuses a personalized non-refundable item, they cannot receive any credits by simply refusing the delivery, and they will incur an additional charge for any return fees we incur after the package is refused. The refused package shall remain in the possession of Sensible Home Décor LLC until such time as the customer remits payment for us to send the item(s) again. If payment is not received within 30 days of the first failed delivery, then the item is forfeited.

Shipping charges are non refundable.

Damage in Shipping
Please check your order immediately upon receipt and notify us if the item has been damaged. Please report the damage within 48 hours to us via our contact us page. We will need photos of the damaged item, as well as photos of the box the damaged item was shipped in. Please email us the images or message us for address to mail to us if you are unable to email them. We must have the images in order to notify the shipping company and file the necessary damage claims. After claim is presented to the shipping company, we will arrange to have damaged items and their packaging inspected, returned and replaced.

IMPORTANT: Please keep original shipping containers and packaging your item was received in, as they are needed for inspection.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please verify shipping address(es) before placing your order(s). If incorrect shipping information is submitted, you will be responsible for any fees associated with redirecting your deliveries and/or lost merchandise.
Custom Orders & Close Out Items
Customized and Custom Made items cannot be returned. These are orders by which the customer chooses the color design, frame, custom cut fabric, logo/personalized products etc. Sensible Home Décor LLC will make a fair attempt to offer alternatives that address your concern. Items marked Close Out are not returnable – they are first quality but are no longer manufactured or stocked at Sensible Home Décor LLC. Close out and sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.
Product Returns
International Orders shipped outside the continental United States are NON-RETURNABLE.

STOCKED INVENTORY (non-custom): If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, our Customer Service Department will assist you within 3 business days with the proper return approval & shipping instructions.

Customers are responsible for returning the item in the original shipping containers and in saleable condition. Credit will be given for the price of the item only. Credit is not issued for shipping charges. Claims will not be made on items improperly or insecurely packaged. Credit will be issued when we receive the returned item in good condition at the factory.
