    1. Choose your fabric. Select from a wide variety of fabric materials available from right here on our website HERE.

    2. Order samples for peace of mind. We highly recommend ordering fabric samples directly from our fabric sample section on our website. This is the best way to ensure the fabric material, color, and design are exactly what you're looking for, guaranteeing your final cushion cover will be a perfect fit for your home.

    3. Enter your measurements. Once you’ve chosen your fabric, enter your measurements directly on this listing using our required cushion shape diagrams.
      Each diagram shows exactly how and where to measure each cushion for this U-shaped dinette set. For detailed instructions on how to measure HERE.

    4. If you need any help or would like a free quote for your project, you can fill out our custom form HERE. Or, feel free to contact us directly.

    Pricing & Policy:

      • Pricing is for the entire 8-piece cushion cover set

      • Fabric is not included and must be added separately to complete your custom order

      • Fabric Requirements (Solid or Mix-and-Match)

        This 8-piece U-shaped dinette cushion cover set requires a minimum of 8 total yards of fabric.

        If selecting one fabric for the entire set, please add at least 8 yards of that fabric.

        If choosing two different fabrics (one for seat cushions and one for back cushions), please add:

        • 4 yards for the seat cushions, and

        • 4 yards for the back cushions.

        When mixing and matching fabrics, customers must clearly indicate which fabric is for the seat cushions and which fabric is for the back cushions when submitting their measurements.

        Fabric must be selected and added separately to complete your custom order.
        We do not accept customer-supplied fabric or fabric purchased outside of our website.

    Important Sizing Notice:
    This listing is intended for true 8-piece RV U-shaped dinette cushion sets only, measured according to the provided diagrams.

    Orders submitted with oversized measurements or altered layouts that do not match the standard U-shaped dinette design may be subject to additional charges or order modification. We reserve the right to contact you if adjustments are required before production begins.

    Turnover time for Custom Orders:
    Custom items estimated ship date is within 3 weeks from time of order.

    We ship using USPS Priority shipping.  Typical transit takes between 3-5 days, however this is not a guarantee. If you need by a specific date please allow yourself enough time or reach out to our customer service to see if we can do a rush order at an additional charge. Or you can select USPS Express shipping which is 1-2 days (guaranteed by USPS).

    Shape Diagrams on How to Measure


    STEPS ON HOW TO MEASURE:

    • Using the shape diagram listed below, use the shape that best describes your cushion. If you are unsure please contact us or reach out to one of our designers.
    • Best way to measure is by using a soft tape, that way it will pick any roundness up if there is any in the cushion.  If not, a tape measure works just fine.  
    • We measure in inches so if you are using another form of measurement please make sure to convert into inches.
    • Measure from seam to seam, if there are no seams you will have to eyeball the ends of the cushions.
    • If you have piping make sure to include that into your measurements as well.
    • We add on an extra 1.5 to 2 inches of fabric to wrap underneath the cushion. This ensures a nice tight fit.

    Step 1

    Customize your Cushion Covers

    • Choose the color, measurements, additional options and add a photo.

    • Input your measurements: Cushion Covers are all custom made to the dimensions you provide. Drop down measurements are for pricing purposes only. We still need your cushion dimensions per the shape diagram under each listing.

    • Enter the quantity needed in that size and add product to cart. If you need another shape or size you will have to start the process over again. Once you are completed adding all shapes and sizes to your cart, proceed to checkout.

    STEP 2

    Confirm your measurements

    • We will design your cushion cover per your measurements provided. Please verify measurements are correct.

    • You will get an email confirmation with all the information provided. Please make sure to check your spam/junk folder.

    • We may need to follow up with additional information. If there is no reply within 48 hours, your cover will be auto-finalized.

    STEP3

    Custom design and deliver

    • We will keep you updated on the progress of your order through email so please make sure to check your junk folder if you do not see in regular mail.

    • The item will be securely packaged and shipped.

    • Once shipped you will receive the tracking number in your email.

    We have many different fabric options to choose from for your custom cushion covers, curtains, pillow covers, and even your curtain velbacks (aka: tiebacks).  To search for fabrics you can use the toolbar at the top of the page searching for water resistant, washable cotton, and even upholstery fabrics.  We have a wide range of choices.  If you do not see anything of interest or have something specific in mind please fill out our custom form, reach out to our customer service, or reach out to one of our designers to help find something to fit your style and needs.  We are here to help you in every step of the process.
